You can’t have any sort of success in life with a hater or two. I don’t care what it is you’re doing in life. Once you start garnishing attention in your marketplace, people will start taking notice.

If you had the ability to have a conversation with your 20 year old self today, what would you say? What advice would you give him?
I’m sure it’s a little different for everyone. I’m not even sure if my 20 year old self would have listened to me anyway…
But here’s a little of what I would tell him:
Everything else can be outsourced to someone else for about $10.00 an hour. (This will vary on where you live) Have you heard the old saying that goes something like this, “You need to work ON your business and not IN your business?”
Jeffrey Gitomer said it best: “Everyone wants to be rich. Although most people think being rich is about having money, rich is a description for everything but money. Steve Jobs said it best, “Everything around you that you call life, was made up by people that were no smarter than you. And you can change it. YOU can influence it. You can build your own things that other people can use.”
